I hope your decision to leave PDT works out for you in the long run. Staying at PDT has seemed to work out for many CAs and FOs who have since moved on vertically to places like US Airways, Atlas, Spirit, JetBlue, other major carriers and even Dynamic and other military contractors.
Anything is possible but fos with only turboprop time better hope that Mainline hires them and that pdt management doesnt hold them back for staffing issues (which happened in 2011) Scrabola did it to a group of Captains who were already hired at US-it cost them seniority.

They did it once already. The precedent has been etched in stone. It would be foolish to think they won't do it again. That being said if PSA's current contract is in fact better than PDT's current then my theory is obviously blown out of the water.

I think it's comparable. Pay is obviously better at PSA but that's due to the different aircraft rate. I was always jealous of trip touch and no hot rsv at PDT.

Well I think all of our crystal balls are in the shop so I suppose as usual we'll all just have to wait and see how it all plays out. Good luck over there with "Scaramanga"..he's a piece of work.
