Little to no growth, turboprop (I've got almost 1k hours in jets, I'd like to stick with something I'm familiar with) and some of the threads I've read about the training department.
That and I'm not impressed with anyone who doesn't have enough on the ball to get back to me one way or another on an interview, especially when they are the ones who express interest in the first place; it's rude and unprofessional.

Hey I have news! After almost 3 months of a non-returned email AND phone request asking for a different interview date (one that wasn't three days away) I got an email asking me to fill out a pre-interview questionnaire.

I had the exact same experience with them, they dropped communications right before my interview was finalized, and it appears to be a pattern with them. I thought it was a way of backing out of my interview commitment at the time and was nonplussed about their dropping all communication, and there was quite a bit at that point. If you decide someone is not everything you want in an applicant for any reason, you should just say "thanks for your application to our airline but we decided to move ahead with other applicants at this time. Please reapply in 1000 months" or similar. Dropping comms completely reflects a poor attitude on the part of HR.

help on the way.....??
interesting item on min qual section of the job bulletin, "ability to multi task".....in an office environment and most other jobs, attempting to multi task actually lowers productivity, increases employee job task frustration and reduces customer satisfaction.....suggest "demonstrates focus to fully complete a task, effectively deals with distractions"
on a positive note, HR hire will likely assist with pilot communication.
