So, your F/A's and mechanics would have to also agree to concessions for those aircraft to show up?
At the original eagle, APA tried for the CRJ's, management told them they could have it at neutral cost, in other words maintenance, F/a's, ground services and gate personnel would also have to give concessions to match the eagle cost so it would be neutral/zero difference. That did not happen, APA counter offered to keep the neutral cost by they AA pilots fly the aircraft and everything else would be eagle personnel, gate, ramp, mechanics and F/A's, ahhh no that did not happen.
So, after PDT pilots vote yes on this, TA, do you think the rest of the employees will paly ball as pdt pilots did with management?

Obviously the phrase "meaningful participation" leaves room for interpretation. PDT has already begun the certification process to add jets to the certificate. So apparently management seems to think it's going to happen. But the bottom line to the TA is no jets, no concessions.
Also comparing on this site the pay for mesa and go jets versus what someone posted of 91p/hr TOS CA E175 in the PDT TA, you even low balled mesa and go jets, if the 91 is correct, so what would be at 12 years or is the 91 at 12 years.

well then they would have to specify on the certificate what jets other than the word Jet. All knew there were jets coming to PDT being that half your fleet times out in 2 years and the process is at least 18 months to get a program up and running from zero.
