Eventually I'm betting this will be true. As I've said before, baby steps...now that we are gaining steam with the 145's we need to keep the momentum going. The hiring folks better keep up their end of the bargain...12 isn't enough, we probably need double that to really get moving. I see us as a 600 pilot group overall, but hey that is about 60 aircraft and decent movement for a while. Those seat locks should be going away again soon...

What we know
1- 145s are coming 1 per month
2- we had 8 new hires in the second class of July
3- the performance of the dash this summer and cancelations due to hot aircraft has been terrbile. Hogg finds the absolutely unacceptable. The that's the airplane is not an excuse.
4- Hogg has challenged his management team that he has inherited and many projects and initiatives has failed making him having to be involved in many day to day operations.
5- performance of pdt on both the dash and the 145 due to lack of crews and maintenance has been terrible this season.
6- we are flowing 3 a month
This is the facts no rumors.

My view is that if things were as bad as some think then no more aircraft would be granted. To some degree I say F the current facts... If I took all the facts into consideration in 2011 time, I wouldn't be in nearly as good of a place as I am today. I'm rollin' with Lady Luck on this one 😎

All we know is more jets than the 20 and it's accelerating. Dashes retiring.
