Quite a few positions open for CA and FO on the jet for the September permanent bid. I wonder if the jet will go to new hires soon...I can't imagine that jet pilots can be poached from the Dash for much longer considering the staffing and recruiting situation.

^^ I was thinking the same thing.

Does anyone think they'll continue to not waive the seat lock for the foreseeable future?? or will they waive it when they realize they don't have a snowballs chance in hell at staffing the jet with this seat lock

Thanks for the replies everyone! What would you say the flow timeframe will realistically be?

Just hoping it is still around when I reach 1500 haha

Piedmont's flow projections are based on growth. If the airline doesn't grow, a new hire will never flow based on the current numbers.
