No. If you are on the list at PDT by the 10 year mark you are included in the flow.

Well anyone on property or being hired anytime soon wont have to worry. But I doubt anyone will have to worry. I see flows being the way of the future industry wide.

I see the flow numbers being increased die to the hiring needs at American soon.

People will always bust upgrade for one reason or another, but I wouldn't say that there's anything special about our upgrade process that can't be overcome by being studious and having some prior 121. Especially if you spend 6 months soaking up the tribal knowledge from the line captains and dog-earing your manuals.

Can anyone explain how the 20K bonus works for new hires ? The site says "up to" , so what requirements do you have to meet ?

You get quarterly installments of $2500 paid out over 2 years as an F/O.

$15k for new hires, extra $5k if you have 1000 121 hours already. Paid during training.

How much is PDT Junior Manning people lately?

That's not how they sold it to me. $10k at end of week 1 of training, $10k/$5k after OE completion.

That is a different bonus that he is referring to. That is the retention bonus. Different than the new hire bonus.
