Our CEO makes more in one day then our F/O's do in a year.
Talk about a safety issue......

Jim Campbell is a man among men. This article should be read by everyone and I mean everyone! I enjoyed refusing access to my a/c to a TSA agent who didn't have his proper ID's and I will enjoy restricting them in the future. I've also enjoyed doing what I can to correct their ignorance when they are trying to enforce rules that don't exist upon FLT crew and PAX.
Bottom line, these acts are downright criminal and need to be stopped. The overwhelming majority TSA agents are highly uneducated morons who are taking their power trip way too far.
Thank you Jim!

The real motivation for the attempted ingress:
A couple TSA agents heard about crews hiding porn in the Cockpit. They had a break and wanted to inspect the contraband. Be thankful they didn't get in. Imagine the crunchy seat covers and p@cker tracks on the yokes!

"This was an extraordinarily dangerous incident, folks. The TSA has neither the mandate nor the knowledge to inspect any aircraft for any reason. The stupidity of this matter is nearly unbelievable... until you hear that the TSA is involved... then it becomes understandable, though still tragic. And I can not tell you how frustrating it is, to see them continue to hurt an industry that they were created to protect."
Jim Campbell is my new hero. The article he wrote is excellent and voices the real concerns that the professional piloting world has with the ridiculous TSA.
I say that TSA personnel should not be allowed past the security checkpoint, that the rest of the airport should be the territory of real police with real training and experience. The TSA idiots with their Cracker Jack badges have no business on the ramp. None.
If the TSA ever gets mixed up with general aviaiton I hope they start out their glorious riegn of terror by walking into props.
-35 TSA agents killed in separate incidents in the first week of general aviation inpsection duty when they appraoched running aircraft...

"hi I'm XYZ with the TSA, I'd like to board the plane for a security inspection."
"Hi, I'm Capt ABC; just answer a few questions for me.... one; what type of airplane is this?; second, what training have you had in this make and type of aircraft to be able to determine what does - and what does not - belong on board the aircraft?"
"Oh, none.... ok, thanks.... Sorry, my crew and I do not have time to teach you what does and doesn't belong, now... please step out of the way so my passengers can board on time. Thank you."
works most all the time. Called into CP's office once... he couldn't stop laughing
