They will be able to pull the ERJ's like they did last summer for a few months. The ERJ's will be pulled until the actual lawsuit is heard. Delta will also not pay them for the time being either. Again unless mesa then goes on to win the actual lawsuit.
Mesa claimed in the original injunction case that if delta pulled the ERJ's and didn't pay them until the lawsuit was heard they would be forced to file bankruptcy. Thus not being able to actually make it to court.

Can't they use the same argument in Jan? It seems like if they lose in Jan they'd have to file BK!?

Speaking of Mesa, pulled up next to this at the gate in CAE last night:

Can they no longer afford to paint their aircraft?

That was only 1 issue within the ruling. Since that ruling Mesa has done some very illegal things.(Surprise) Delta lawyers requested e-mails from 2 high level mesa managers. 1 Manager claimed his laptop was stolen out of his car the exact same week the lawyers asked for it. The others hard drive was fried. Sound familiar? In the Hawaiian case mesa's CFO accidentally deleted important files when he was "deleting porn."

I had a goatee at the time of my interview and the first question was, "why would you show up to an airline interview with a beard?"
I gave somewhat of a smart ass answer along the lines of "I didn't think I'd be donning an oxygen mask during the interview to save my life and the lives of a bunch of people sitting behind me."
I guess for future interviews I'll show up in in my uniform, epaulets and all. Obviously the only way you can prove you are a pilot is to be dressed in uniform, ready to fly a plane that second. I dunno, some people have told me it was dumb of me to to show up like that but I disagree and think the question was out of line.
I think part of the guy's problem with me was that I was not wearing a suit. I was wearing dress pants, shirt, and tie. My suit I bought for my Trans States interview back in January doesn't fit me anymore since I've lost 70 pounds and I'm too poor to buy another suit. I guess they got the impression that I wasn't taking the interview seriously when in reality I'm just poor and they're out of touch with reality. Oh well, I'm very very glad I didn't get hired.

a big part of this job is professionalism look the part, act the part. doesn't mean wear your full uniform. if all you got is a shirt, slacks, & a tie, then you go in wearing that, but the shirt & slacks are pressed, the tie is tied and top button buttoned. the point of the interview is to act like you're there to confirm they're going to hire you.
and the answer told them right away how you'd treat a passenger who came to you asking questions. snarky, disrespectful answers can get you in trouble. there's no way of knowing whether the pax you're talking to is some guy on the street or your codeshare's CEO. you say the wrong thing, and i'm sure a call will be made to your CEO discussing the disrespectful way his employees treat the codeshare's customers.
look like a prefessional, act like a professional

RAH has a few of these it's cheaper than having multiple spares for each code share that get utilized less.
