Btw, whats the WFFF?, and when/where is the Miami job fair?.

Well at least there's hope. Has anyone gotten it too?.
yep got the exact same email on 12/23....it was the second email that I have received from SkyWest. The first one was just your standard "we got your stuff' email

I applied on 11/5 and got a couple of other response from them stating they wanted my recency for the last 30, 60 and 90 days. And after they got that my application would be complete. And it's been like that since Nov.

Same here...then I got the "we're only excepting resumes" email a week later.

Can someone define "the hiring pool" for me? How do you know you're in it?

Hiring pool are those guys that have interviewed and have been offered the job. However, there are no classes for them to go to. Once they start training, those will be the first ones to go to training. People like us still have to interview.

If you already interviewed with SkyWest and got hired, but was not assigned a class, then you are in the "hiring pool".
