From what I have heard and been told, it is only until Mesaba will get their planes and because SkyWest has to maintain a certain percentage of flying out of ATL. Once all the planes are delivered and handed out, SkyWest will take over the routes again in SLC and the Mesaba planes will go to ATL. Salt Lake City is SkyWest territory, and I think it will stay that way. I wouldn't get too comfortable or excited, because it won't last long, just ask ASA, ExpressJet or Shuttle America. Why are you so excited bout Vegas anyway? Do you live out there?

Try again.... how bout ASA needs to keep hours in ATL and will with the planes starting in MAR. Skywest will then return to SLC sending Mesaba to JFK..... All subject to change based on the juicy fart status of Delta management.....

Seriously guys? How many regionals fly under the Delta name now?
This constant shift of flying will keep happening, until you all get on one list or some sort of minimum cost structure is set, so Delta doesn't keep moving stuff around.
You can all talk about how there is a minimum % of flying you have to fly for Delta, but now Delta is Delta & Northwest, so something has to give. Contracts will get reworked or payments will be made to break old ones.
Good luck to all of you, but you should be spending your time trying to work together, to prevent this constant whipsawing, instead of bashing one another.

Lets start a new tangent... Mesaba has the best airplanes out there. Thats why Delta likes us the best! Not to mention we have the best pilots haha. This will make for some interesting reading while I keep the couch at my crash pad warm
