Are you SERIOUS? If you have it your way, 99% of the content on public websites should be removed. Every thread here is related somehow to a specific airline. Should all that be discussed privately? Maybe only negative issues should be discussed so we can all be miserable together? My gosh, since when does positive discussion turn into bragging and chest thumping? The OP was just mentioning where the blue tail XJ 900s were to be flying. I'm sure there are some threads discussing where the 9E 900s were flying when they were first introduced. In the end, if you don't want to read info about XJ, don't click on the thread. You people are too sensitive.

I sure hope Mesaba takes over some stuff out of SLC. I would also love to see a Compass base there, then when I get furloughed I can flowback and not have to commute! Or maybe we could force SKYW to take flowbacks along with Compass and Mesaba. I'm sure their union would go for it if we allowed them to flow-up when hiring continues.

You just don't get it! I don't care what people post on here and I really don't care where you fly your 900's. If you are getting our freedom planes you wont be going anywhere anyways cause they will be broke half the time. The point of my post was that I was just was just asking what kind of response you are expecting from people with threads like this. I am also about 100% certain one of our pilots didn't start a Pinnacle to fly to STX PLS NAS COZ BZE thread along with a Pinnacle new hires thread, a Pinnacle may furlough thread, and a Pinnacle classes thread. Half of this website is Mesaba stuff. Man, I knew there was a reason I haven't been on here in 3 months. Time for another 3 month break.

Don't forget they will probably take out all the new CRT screens from the planes and replace them with their old ones.

Take a well deserved break then. There is life outside of this forum after all. I've seen many threads on here regarding Pinnacle, Compass or Skywest and many of them weren't even factual but rumors. Did any of the XJ pilots complain? No.

I hope it works out for you. We know you only care about yourselves now that you are at the majors.

Instead of pointing fingers at regional pilots you should examine yourselves to see where it went wrong. Major airline management will continue to whittle down domestic mainline jobs and farm them off to the regionals unless major airline pilots and their union reps fight to keep them at the majors.

Spot on.

RockyBoy, there are some major differences between Compass, Mesaba and SKW. The first is that Compass and Mesaba are wholly owned (Comair as well) and SKW is independent. The second is that our MEC………………….errrrrrrr SAPA reps (we’re non-union much to my dismay) don’t care about flow through seeing that the majority of our airline pilots are SKW lifers. They would never agree to it and if it actually made it to the pilots to vote on it would fail much like our ALPA campaign. This is just the facts; we did participate in the J4J back in the day but no flow.

I personally don't care for a flow policy. I feel my chances, as well as others, are just as solid without it. I can see the benefit but it comes with way to many pitfalls and loopholes.

Thats a good idea, I wonder how much other stuff they could to that with to save some extra $$$. Where is Wings2202, he will probably write that down.
