This should be a warning about who you take advise from. If you read the ALPA forum, you will see who is AGAINST the union having anything to do with the furlough fund. There are those who live to be a part of this type of organization. Some on this board are those type of people. If they speak out against the direction that the union is going, they are by definition positioning themselves for leading the union in the future.

I speak to the guys on here who are looking for advice. Call your rep to get guidance from them on the unions position. Don't take the force fed advice from those on this board or on the ALPA board. Watch for those who speak solely with a condesending attitude...........like refering to you as Junior, or "you don't know me". Well, I know those guys and can tell you they have their own adgenda. Think for yourself, call your rep or anyone else at the union.

You have heard the saying, "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is". If someone has to scream to be heard, you probably shouldn't listen to them. If you are on the ALPA board, listen to who drips with the most condecension, and ignore them.

This isn't directed at anyone in particular, just a general statement.

You have to something when you're in a hotel room in LIT and it's 30 degrees and freezing rain. But nice try at a touche.

No... no one in particular (insert sarcasm). You only quoted me. Of course, you're screaming over me to be heard, aren't you? Hello pot, meet the kettle.
