Talked to Carlos de la guardia yesterday and he said management confirms no more furloughs through the end of the year. Also said they were looking strongly at the 22 crjs. Just looking for someone to finance them.

I know it's the same old story but I just wanted to share what I had been told. Been here about 18 months and yes I've heard the same thing the whole time too. Think of it like a marriage, expect the worst and hope for the best haha.

True, but I don't think we should be using a "we'll take whatever we can get" mentality. The company is violating the contract pure and simple. They need to get forced to explain their reasoning for this furlough.

Hey management, if any of you bother to read this... your BS 'overstaffed' excuses clearly aren't fooling anybody.

Now that RAH owns two carriers that are direct competitors in certain markets, how long before they (AMR) terminates their feed contract with CHQ?

No Judge in the world can force a company to continue to subcontract work to a company that ceases being a subcontractor, and instead becomes a competitor.... for that matter, how many other airlines does RAH fly for, that are also now competitors on some routes against their former mainline partners....

This actually could get interesting... at the very least, it affords the mainline carriers the opportunity to renegotiate their CPA's with RAH. If RAH had the money to do this, then the mainline partners were paying BB too much....

Can't wait till the Bombardier C-series REGIONAL jet comes out.

"That is going to be one SWEET piece of ACE. I know from experience." "No you don't." "No no I don't, But a buddy of mine...Him and her GOT IT ON." No no they didn't." "Noo...but you can imagine what it be like if they did"

Ok it's late.
