AMR cannot continue much longer with the current system and AA can never compete against other regionals with this aircraft, so now the dreams are back and soon AMR will make it a reality either thru negotiation or BK. They have no choice, if they want to remain a going concern especially with their future debt problems. Tick, tock, tick, tock, tick, tock....................... |

In order for AA to remain competitive in an ever tightening market, they need to close that huge gap between 50 seat Embraers jets and 130 seat S80s. Twenty-five CRJ's doesn't do it. |
