End of the world..... like losing a career, or losing your house, or doing the right thing and then finding out that no one has your back?

I got fired
I was in a jeopardy situation...break the law or get fired
I contacted my ALPA reps
I did EXACTLY what my ALPA reps advised me to do
I got fired
A grievance was filed....then withdrawn
the end

See anything wrong with this picture ?
no representation, no process, no heat...none

I am willing to talk with as many as possible in P.M.s
I was a STRONG advocate for ALPA.... and ironically, for Management...for management....as in ever manager's job #1 is identical to every pilot's job#1; make as much money for their OWN family.... the rules are the rules and if a manager is working the rules .....it appears that my clarity was uncomfortable to some.

I would love my job back. But even our ALPA reps "can't find a way to get me on the radar"....so I hope that maybe if enough pilots are interested in a HUGE learning experience......

I would prefer to continue communication via P.M.s
I do not want to make ugly
I want my job back

I am VERY sorry that I missed the comm
I will P.M.
The FAA chose to not intervene...one the one hand the FAA admin was livid when he heard the specifics.... but then he said that the info would be held in confidence to be used later.
Thank A LOT F.A.A.
