Especially with a greatly improved contract that doesn't allow getting away with an abysmal amount of crews per plane. If you think Midwest's flight crew compensation put the company out of business then you don't have any idea what really happened. Ask yourself why Midwest never filed for bankruptcy?
Where did you get the idea I believed that, my point has been to get these few Midwest guys to quit peeing on the RAH group, its not their fault, and they are going to need the RAH pilots to settle this as a group amicably, but im not sure that'll happen. Ive said a hundred times, the midwest group got hosed by their former boss, but if they have the attitude a few on here have, then both sides are in trouble. Im hoping this doesnt turn into another East/West farce. And no one hires into a company they think is going to go under someday....

Every ticket he is going to sell will say "Operated by Republic Airlines", is that what you are saying?

This is all about career expectations. The career expectations of the acquirer, to use their partners own lobbyist words in Washington is low because it is a "stepping stone". Thus one can assume their career expectations are much lower than those at F9 and Midwest.

Who cares. This airline will fail anyways. What are these RAH yahoo's going to say when the new contract comes out with $40/hr top FO rates? Tout a quick upgrade? Instead of JetBlue rates (which is completely unreasonable), perhaps you can at least beat the old Horizon Dash 8-200 FO rates! Whopee!

TPROP let me pee on your car while you're in it and then urge you and I to work amicably together to clean it up? This is what you're implying here.

On this thread they are already planning on sitting back, allowing the remaining 100 or so MEH pilots to be furloughed simply so they can be stapled and then doing the same thing to F9. "Our management is doing this not us" is so convenient. This is a classical definition of an enabler. They must love acting out Bedford's fantasies and being his henchman.

Thats a great attitude to have there buddy, please quit because Im pretty sure most of the pilot group has serious expectations and Im sure one of the furloughed pilots would love to have their job back. Whats your reasoning when you think that Jet Blue rates are unreasonable? How come you don't think that we can vote in a decent contract? After the Jet Blue rates came out and BB bought F9 and MidEx he gave us a ton of leverage to demand a mainline type contract. But just roll over, give up, and blame someone else... Seems like a couple of the MidEx guys on here are getting pretty good at doing that.

So I guess, there is no hope for any of us, and we all might as well get ours whenever we can. Lets all just go to our corners and fight anyone who invades our space, sorry I just dont see it that way. And the spiral continues.....TWA/AA, East/West, and now RAH/Midwest/Frontier...guess its hopeless...

What do you suppose the pilot group does other than just quit for you. And when did I pee on your plane? Last I checked the MidEx flying was pushed on us and we haven't hired since then. I didn't want your failing airline or your "career expectations", they were forced on me. What don't you get?... What did you do before getting hired at MidEx? What makes you so much better than everyone else?

BOO HOO Edwin sack up and fight for the greater good, you might be surprised at the outcome.

You've had your run at the title. You and yours have failed to make a go of it. Move aside!!!

This your first airline job junior? Get to dress up like a real pilot? Tell everyone where you go and what you do on overnights? Bet you don't tell them what you make. I wouldn't either when a fry cook at Burger King makes more and works less.
