Simply, I was wondering if at your airline, was there a certain level of infighting that happened during contract negotiations?
Pinnacle seems to have a fairly heavy amount of fighting going on between the TA and the "Signing Bonus" ...
Please let me know how about your experience!
Thanks!

Greedy FO's from the "ME" generation want all the money. They have been there and suffered for 2 whole YEARS! They forget that everyone else has suffered for 5 times as long as they have.

I would like to thank you for your post for a number of reasons ... Thank You:
-For being a professional
-For the progressive post
-Answering my question
-Interjecting your pompass opinion where it was unwanted (If you want a venue to express you opinions about that matter, make another thread or rent out Madison Square Garden ...)
-Hijacking my Post
... I could go on but, GROW UP ALREADY ... get a life ...
When it comes down to it, everybodu is only out for themselves. Get OVER IT!

Is it the greedy FOs who mAke peanuts or the senior captains that wanna base it off w2's? How's that fair. Retro pay was the only fair way and we got hosed on that deal. Once again.... Simply the best.

Troll?
Does it make sense to compensate those who have only suffered without a COLA and throw the 50+% of the group that are FO's or were FO's under the bus? In unity this group denied the raises for FO's a couple years ago, that alone needs to take the w-2 method off the table. The formula will not be "fair" to everyone, and just like the nwa/dl merger of lists both sides were upset, yet the process was done via a formula that was a non-bias setup. The only thing that every pilot has to differentiate each other is time here under the amendable time. To add insult to injury a -900 2n year reservist would make more on the w-2 method than a 3-4yr -200 lineholder. There is no "right" way or even a precedent that we can apply, we all need to form a way that is mutually benefitial and rewards the bonus money oN a justified and easy to understand metric.

I'm not saying the W2 method is a good method.
I love how money causes so much drama. Money runs the world.
