Good luck with that. Rumor is the signing bonus/retro pay is slanted to the top 20% of the pilot group. I hope it is just a rumor, if not, which side is the union leadership on?

Wow. That's a HORRIBLE TA. 75% DH pay? Horrible. 100% at XJET on a 2004 contract! 11 & 10 days off? Horrible. I got 12 & 11 at XJET on a 2004 contract. Percentage pay raises STINK! Per Diem STINKS!

This TA is industry average of 4+ years ago! Definite NO vote. What a joke. Management continues to spit in the faces of 9E pilots.

It's not a rumor.

Heads will roll over this.

Why are you including Mesaba on the list to determine your payrates? I thought their FOs are paid a blended rate for the Saabs and RJs?

Tell PNCL you deserved these rates 5yrs ago. Now it's time to get some modern ones.

Recall who? Replace with what? I agree a recall is in order, the politics is the problem.

the W-2 method for the retro/signing bonus vote was:

ATL CA Rep - In Favor
DTW CA Rep - In Favor
MEM CA Rep - no vote, being recalled
MSP CA Rep - In Favor

ATL FO Rep - Opposed
DTW FO Rep - Opposed
MEM FO Rep - In Favor (not a FO, but a Captain and on the NC)
MSP FO Rep - Opposed

W-2 is supposedly the basis. Amendable date -> July 31,2009 earnings. When I heard this, I puked to be honest. All the APD's, ACP, management pilots, check airman in the sim and most union officials make a killing. You know the same guys who haven't flown the line since '05.

The MEC knew they had the votes to pass. I had a much higher view of them when i was there before all of this came out. They are about equal with managment when it comes to greed ( or a way to buy the vote)
