Yeah, you kind of are, and since you yourself recognize this, why don't you just stop?

It just humors me that Delta flying is referred to ASA pilots as "OUR FLYING" or "OUR ROUTES" and what not... It is actually really annoying to hear such since its truely Delta's.... And I think we all would rather see Delta take THEIR flying back... But guess that is just too much to hope for.

Since it's so annoying, maybe you just shouldn't read it? Thank you for your opinion. buh bye now.

As I said above, we're the only one with guaranteed flying percentages. As for mainline taking it back, that will happen when the DAL pilots decide to fly 50-90 seat jets on <300 mile legs, for our pay scale and benefits. Ain't going to happen.

You are right, because DAL actually has a REAL nice payrate for such flying... And that would force them to lower the bar and I DOUBT they will do that... They are not DESPERATE to fly for pennies like some others apparently are.

You are right, its a Skywest thread... Not an ASA or Skywest Inc thread ;)! Perhaps you should just be thankful for Skywest GIVING you UAL flying....

At first I thought you really didn't get it. I just realized that all your doing here is flamebaiting. And I'm not taking the bait. goodbye.

Wait are you the man from that TV show... The ARROGANT "Airline Pilot" struting around like he's God's gift to women and aviation? Wait my bad that's Jake not John... Must just be an ASA thing.... :)

Its only really nice if you think that what regional pilots are paid is anywhere near acceptable.

Their negotiated pay rate for "RJs" is, when compared to their other fleet types and historical numbers for similar sized aircraft, still low. Just because its 2x or so what regional pilots are getting paid doesn't mean its "REAL nice." Its still low but its a heckuva lot better.

Very true... But the pay in which they would get if FLOWN by DAL is considerably more then what ASA or any other regional is currently making... Which as you said is a HECKUVA lot better... Perhaps that rate should be reposted for people to see again....No where did I say pay was acceptable by the way. John_Pennakamp was the one whom in a round about way stated it was....

Don't waste your bandwidth. This guy is just trying to start a flame war. Ignore him, logic doesn't apply.
