does anyone have anything new to add to the discussion? cause everything said on here has been discussed ad nauseum

dosbo we get the fact that you don't like colgan this is fine but, the question was does anyone have anything new!

Interviews this weekend as well as the following weekend however this might already be common knowledge.

I don't have a problem with Colgan, I have a problem with the payrates at Colgan for 70 seaters being less than the rates for many 50 seat operators and pilots willing to fly for that. As long as this downward spiral continues job (I no longer refer to this as a career) expectations will continue to fall, outsourcing will continue and the downward wage pressure will continue. Soon you will be flying for free because it is so fun, and Colgan will still think you are too expensive. Good luck on the interview and enjoy your JOB.:)

Right now they are 3 years. New hires have a long way to go before they worry about upgrades, nobody knows what Colgan or the industry will look like in years to come so there is not reason to ask what upgrades are as of right now.
