I can't figure out why people are foaming at the mouth to work at the sweatshop Colgan. Shame on you for wanting to join one of the biggest undercutters in the profession. I was furloughed and whipsawed out of my last regional job by Colgan, and I guess it just doesn't stop as long as Colgan has a stack of resumes on his desk with pilots just waiting to undercut others.

Safety Risks At Regional Airlines Detailed By PBS : NPR

Watch PBS at 9pm tonight if you don't share my view.

you need a 70% to pass the FAA ATP written...just like every other..but you need an 80% to pass the technical test they administer, but it's almost completely out of the test prep; you'd either have to have 0 knowledge of 121 or be a complete idiot to fail

If you worked for a Regional, you must have helped undercut and whipsaw someone else out of a job no? How could you...shame on you. You should have withdrawn your resume and let the next guy take the job.

yeah saw it already, bit torrent is glorious!...it's not telling me I didn't know already...I'm using it as a stepping stone, where ever it takes me, its better then the earning whatever i can get flying, living out of my parents basement, with no direction and eating ramen...NONE of that will change if I go to colgan except I will be building time that will help me in the future...

besides this debate is overplayed and nothing new is being said...go start a new thread so I know where too look for posts like this

He was hired here, but we asked him to leave during new hire class. I doubt he'll tell you why.

He claims to have been hired at XJT shortly there after.
