There might be something wrong in your paperwork.

Check your files from the FAA, try to verify, verify and keep verifying all your paperwork concerning applications.

So I'm wondering if yall can help me out here. I just got rejected from eagle today and of course they didnt say why. Im at 920/120, ATP written, 1st class med, BS degree, Current CFI, CFII, MEI currently instructing at a flight school ive been there as an instructor since I finished training. No failed checkrides, no marks on any of my records except for a speeding ticket in 2007. Could anybody help me shed some light on what I'm doing wrong here? Is it just a time thing? or a wait until all the more expierenced people get snatched up or what? Hope this doesnt come off as impatient just want to know how I can better myself, learn, and up get to the point where I can make the jump. Thanks everyone!

Re-check your resume for spelling and grammatical errors. You would genuinely be surprised at the mistakes people make concerning this. After you stare, edit, re-stare, edit, and edit some more, perhaps you have blinded yourself to simple discrepancies. If that checks out try making friends with Eagle pilots. You might need some internal recs to make your resume stand out.

Not meaning to call you out.....but spell check "expierenced" before you submit it. Really.....it's that's easy to make a mistake.

were you rejected by the review board, in the interview, or was your application rejected without even being offered an interview?

There is your answer!!! I recommended a friend and he was turned down as well for a similar reason. (non aviation related infraction,)

Seriously? Who doesn't have a ticket or two under their belt. Even if that is the cause would you want a company scrutinizing at this magnitude for something that happened 4 years ago? What is first year FO pay at Eagle? 22-23K per year? Is it worth it if you are going to be constantly under a microscope for the rest of your career?

Rape, Murder, Robbery......these are reasons to get turned down for a job that pays 23K per year. Not speeding tickets.
