I think I also have a theory as to why the review board only meets once a week:

The review board captains are the same guys who do the interviews. They conduct interviews all week which as we know last all day. That leaves them no time to do the final review. So they have set aside Friday as a day to do that.

That would make sense, otherwise why only have the captain review board once a week? Plus, if this is the case it kind of takes the drama out of the equation a bit. Just knowing that the same guys who offered you the job (and got to speak with you one on one) are the same people who will be making the final decision is somewhat comforting.

I just hope we hear some good news by next Friday...

Well now is once a week when I got hired was once every two weeks.

My interviewer told me that the review board is HR and Capts that are not in your interview, they verifies the notes of all your interviewers, your background and your employer notes.

They have the final decision to hire or resign you.

Just a quick question... I'm still fairly new here and learning how things work. How do we go about trading our days off and reserve days? Is there an automated system (I know reserves can't use TTOT), email, or person I should talk to? Just trying to make sure I'm approaching it the best way possible for next month. Thanks!

make sure when you are filling out any type of form on sabre, make sure that it's a fresh page. also after typing a command, make sure you press the "home" key and press ""esc" twice then press the "tab" key to enter information on the first field. hope this makes sense!

Thanks a bunch! Someone showed me that once in the crew room, but it's been a while and I just couldn't remember.

I don't think you can swap reserve days. You can drop them with RF 100 DROP.
