Dallas is fun, but I like ATL better in all honesty. I feel that there's more to do (if you like outdoor stuff).
Dallas itself has everything that any major city has, minus any sort of hills or natural water. The people are clinically retarded too (although that could be said for a very large majority of our Atlantan co-inhabitants). Dallas is much akin to Buckhead. As a sort of reference point for ya. G'luck! |

I hope so! |
Got a call today from AE because they hadn't received one of my faxes yet....even though it had been sent a week ago!! I hate fax machines sometimes! The guy on the phone told me they were trying to get me into the review board so I guess that means they will be meeting tomorrow.
I had my job re-fax it in and they got this time. One thing..I asked him if they had received my notrarized driving record that I FedExed to them last week. He went to check then came back saying that they don't need it right now...not sure if that was a yes or no but in any case what does that mean? Is your national driving record something that they don't check until after the review board? |

Haha, I've heard that. If I could go anywhere I'd probably do Denver, but I don't know a soul. I've lived in the heart of Midtown for about a year after getting out of the Navy last year. It's awesome and I have a ton of friends here. Never been to Dallas but a have a few friends there, so I wouldn't be moving "alone." I just think living in base would make the job a little more enjoyable. Who knows.
Good luck man! |

It ABSOLUTELY does. No question, no brainer. I've been commuting for 4 years with 2 different airlines to JFK, SJU and now DFW (soon to be MIA). It sucks finishing a trip, and knowing that you're not going to be home for at least another 3 hours..and that's if there's space available on the flight you're trying to catch.
Good luck man! |

As far as the driving records go...if the recruiter went to check for it and came back saying that they didn't need it then I'm guessing you should be fine for the review board...otherwise he would have told you something about it. :D |
Hey guys! New around here...Just wondering how long it usually takes from when the app is finished to when they give the "Hey can you come to an interview?" or the 'Thanks but no thanks" email? I sent my stuff in well over a month ago and update it weekly!

Has anyone received a call back yet from the review board?
