Wow you guys make me hopeful! :)
To me it sounded like little more than an automated message because I have just met their mins, but hey I'll take your side gladly! My main worry is that I don't have much work experience, a CFI job for one year and stop counting. I wonder how that's going to look with background checks and stuff. Oh well, we shall hope and see. Thanks guys. |

Having your app submitted for several months, and continuing to update your flight times is a good way of showing you are serious about working at Eagle even if you didnt meet the mins initially when the app was submitted. It does sound promising that you received an email about the review of your app, so good luck getting an interview!
not really, it just means it finally made it past the filter. |

If you meet the mins, turn your stuff in. We need tons of guys really soon. My guess is that they won't be able to find enough qualified applicants in the near future.

Well I have a problem with that. The FCC does not need to have 60 more dollars so that I can talk in another country.

So I have a question about commuting. How feasible would it be to commute from SLC to DFW if I was sitting reserve? Do many pilots at eagle commute that route? Also, I know this is hard to tell but does anyone know how long a new hire in DFW would sit reserve with all this growth? I am hoping for 6 months? lol |
