Any idea which bases would be not so bad for a commute from ATL?

ATL is bad from anywhere

ATL-ORD and ATL-LGA would be the best because it would be on Eagle. ATL-DFW is not to bad. ATL-MIA will give you gray hair. I also never had a problem getting to SJU or LAX.

I have done ATL to ORD, LGA, DFW, LAX, SJU, MIA.

If I were to put them in order from easiest to hardest it would be:
ORD, LGA, SJU, DFW, LAX, MIA.

You'll be near the bottom of the list but still probably able to choose equipment and base.

Just curious, when will AE will be done with hiring?

Eagle says they want 600 pilots. I do not think they will get that many. Once the majors start to hire, Katy bar the door.

IMO, not for a long while, unexpected outside influences notwithstanding.

670 this yr, and next yrs numbers won't be predicted till July or August, at the earliest
