Reserve time out of LGA in the CRJ will be longer compared to ORD & DFW EMJ, since they sent the new crjs to ORD instead of LGA.
Is the company not happy with the crj performance in LGA? mostly the first class seats not being sold to expectations? |

Hey everybody, im new to the forumns here. Had a few questions about Eagle and I think im the right spot, if not, a point in the right direction would be great. Anyway, I notice Eagles min are 800/100, well i pretty much have exactly that with about 20 hours of sic citation time. Ive had my airlineapps done for a while even below mins and of coarse got no call but are my chances of actually getting a call just after meeting minimums any good? I currently work at a dropzone just stackin as much time as possible, got my CMEL, CSEL, Instrument, but no CFI. I also read about the "decade upgrade" and all that, is the upgrade time REALLY that long? im 23 so I have some time to work with but Im just curious.
Be very careful how you log your times. AMR is a bit more picky than most. The citation is certified single pilot. Unless you were in the right seat as a required crew member per the companys' op-specs, you likely can not log that as SIC time. |
We fly wherever AA wants us. So I think they need more the CRJs in ORD than in LGA.

Seriously guys?
I'm all for helping new people out, but .00002 seconds of searching and you'd know the answers to these..as they've been asked about 10 billion times in the last 20 pages. Seniority in class is by age, luck of the draw in what is offered to you. After my ATR class went through, there were hardly ANY ATRs for 3 months. CRJ 700 fits your standard size kit bag (std=18" i believe) And finally The ATRs are in MIA, DFW and SJU. SJU being the most senior, MIA being the least. It's changing rapidly though, as the ATR on the FO side is a revolving door since everyone bids the jet 2nd year (pay difference is huge) g'luck, don't mean to sound like a jerk. |
I had a very good start to a 4 day today. Since my dad has gone back to flying, I finally had a chance to have him ride the jumpseat with me on a turn. What a good day!

They asked me to pick an airplane I knew the best. They first asked what airplanes I've been flying. If I were you, I would prepare the EMB because that is what we fly here.

Would they really expect you to remember specifics about an airframe you haven't flown in 6 months or more?
