ya, what is average total month pay at guarantee with some flying while on rsv? About 2000?

We'll Ive been doing about 1800 to 2500 per month, depend in how high are you in the reserve list you can proffer and get more flying, which means more $$$$...

I finish this month with 1850 after taxes (take in consideration that this is last month perdiem)...

Next month after taxes with perdiem, OT and breaking guarantee (this month) I'm going to get about 2600 to 3000 total...

You've got to start somewhere...

First year pay sucks everywhere, even at most of the majors. It goes up from there. First year pay at Eagle is enough to keep you full on Ramen noodles. Second year pay is enough for you to add frozen peas to said Ramen noodles. As you increase in longevity and received the IAI raises things look much better.

Since Cruz5350 is beating his chest on how much money he makes I'll chime in: I make more than you do in two weeks AND I'll bet I'm at work a whole lot less AND I'm paying into a 401k above the threshold for company match AND I have great health insurance AND dental insurance AND travel benefits. All of this as a lowly Eagle pilot.

First year guys and gals - hang in there. The first year is rough but it gets much better. I wanted to quit many times that first year but I am glad I did not.

I'm not beating my chest at all. Assuming your info is correct and your an FO and you've maxed your pay with 100 hours a month it's still only roughly $4200 a month. Which is still less than I make a month and I'm home every night. All I was saying is maybe 121 isn't for me at least at the regional level or at this point in my life.

100 hours is not the max per a month. I know a few FO's that are getting +130 hours of pay a month and only flying 60-70 hours a month. In fact I know a LGA FO that his monthly avg is 140 hours of pay.

Teach me how to do that...I apparently have a lot to learn
