Maybe if they would stop sending home so many pilots during the interview, they would actually fill the classes

Keep sending home those that cant make the cut. Or you rather fly with kids like TM?

I don't work at Eagle. I interviewed at Eagle half a year ago and was one of the many that got send home since then. I know several good pilots and people that "didn't make the cut".

There is more than being a "good pilot" and "good people" that determines if you get hired or not.

my interviewee friend was going in as a sim instructor and said that the training dept cannot cope with the impending ft crisis without hard numbers. ie they do not know when the ft's start either. not sure about the class numbers though.

Ok, so I was reading at the my pilot career website about A.E., and there was a comment about how the first thing they did at a recent interview session was ask, "Anybody in here fail a checkride? Ok, get out!" Is this true? Is that how they initially weed people out?

Definately not true. I had a bust in my past and got hired at Eagle, although I didn't take it. I had a very positive interview experience at Eagle.
