Not that it's something major to consider as far as your career goes, but as for the ones of us left back at home, that stinks! I like that seats are based on check-in rather than seniority but I don't like having to pay for non-rev travel.

Lets see, $400.00 RT fare ticket vs $25.00 Non Rev. You decide. Besides, that should be least of your concern now.

With this divestiture/sale, travel bennies WILL change in the future, and not for the better...

So you're guessing that we'd probably lose all benefits or that we'd end up having to pay more for them?

Yes. Like I said before, there are more important things to be concern than travel bennies....

It will depend, of course, on our subsequent status with the mother ship...Will we still enjoy D1/D2 as one of many (ultimately) carriers? I highly doubt it. Think about it, they are trying to cut costs and cutting bennies like that is just one way to do it. Look at the Delta feeder situation for more clues...
