Can a new hire ERJ or ATR FO transition to the CRJ after a certain amount of time, and what kind of seniority would that require if possible.

If you get CRJ or ERJ you are stuck there until upgrade, unless you are displaced. ATR you will have a seat lock for a year after that you can bid either jet if they are available and you can hold it with your seniority (seniority isn't a problem except ERJ in LA)

24 now. If i remember correctly, I did pretrial diversions or some legal term like that and was never convicted. But i believe they will still show up on an FBI check. Not proud of them, obviously. But they are my cross to bear and Im trying my best to put them in the past. As for the medical, no i have not reported them. I could be wrong but I think they just want convictions, and, they werent consumption charges either, just possesion by a person under 21.
