If he wasn't operating a vehicle why would this need to be reported? Unless it involved a suspension of his license. I don't interpret the question in a way were this would need to be reported.
History of (1) any conviction(s) involving driving while intoxicated by, while impaired by, or while under the influence of alcohol or a drug: or (2) history of any conviction(s) or administrative action(s) involving an offense(s) which resulted in the denial, suspension, cancellation, or revocation of driving privileges or which resulted in attendance at an educational or a rehabilitation program.

24 now. If i remember correctly, I did pretrial diversions or some legal term like that and was never convicted. But i believe they will still show up on an FBI check. Not proud of them, obviously. But they are my cross to bear and Im trying my best to put them in the past. As for the medical, no i have not reported them. I could be wrong but I think they just want convictions, and, they werent consumption charges either, just possesion by a person under 21.

Another Question..My last employer, a skydive operation, apparantly isnt responding to AE's document requests or my emails...what happens if they dont get the documents back?? Im not quite sure whats goin out their, maby they are really busy, or maby they are shut down..who knows. What do i do?
