Wow, not an Eagle pilot, but that sounds like recallable offense on behalf of those two.

I'm for the ALPA national by-laws being amended to prohibit signing of NDA by MEC or LEC members.

However to your point DG is still the president of Eagle and if there is not future for AE they would have put him in another position during the management restructure. I guess there is strong evidence to both points but I think that is what they want. To keep us guessing.
DG is also vice president of American airlines so he'll be fine.

Maybe Dave Ryter and Tony Gutierrez should resign if that's the case.

Yes, this is just the latest outlandish bombshell coming from that group. AFAIC, it's clear to me this group of representatives (a LOOSE term) is totally corrupt and its out of control over there. Why the pilots at Eagle are standing around while this happens is beyond my comprehension. Considering all that's occured over there for the last 5-10 years, it is equally baffling why ALPA national would be propping up these idiots. Well, considering all that came out of the TWA lawsuit (the details of that are truly disturbing), that doesn't surprise me.

ALPA is broken from stem to stern and should be dissolved. I think it has become nothing more then a conglomeration of renegades making up their own rules as they go along.
