Looks to me like it will go to a 11/7/11 DOH except for the top 3 in that class...

The drawdown of these ATR's is over the next 6 months or so and the DFW ATR's are already parked. Overstaffed by about 350 pilots, so I'd expect further announcements of this kind.

dont forget the American pilots are in court over if the court can even throw out their current contract, since it expired. It had a clause saying the terms remain till a new one is reached. IF somehow that wins, then so does the Eagle clause.
I still think there is a good shot they wont lose scope at AA, or the lists will be merged. |

I love how they rationalize this stuff:
Added 3/2/2012 Q: Why is the Company still making sizable donations to various charities? American feels a strong commitment to support the communities it serves ? and where its employees live and work ? and the company has stood by that commitment despite difficult economic times. While it is the exception, in some instances we have made a cash donation to support an event or program. In those instances, we ensure that our cash contributions are offset by enhanced revenue opportunities in areas such as group and meeting travel as well as our Business ExtrAA rewards program. Added 3/2/2012 Q: What happens to the assets such as the LHR property? The LHR property is one that American purchased in the 1990's when property values were lower. However, as we work through our Chapter 11 reorganization, we are focused on achieving a competitive cost and debt structure and will, of course, review our use and ownership of this and all our real estate as part of that process. The property is used by the officer who is responsible for American Airlines international business, and for corporate functions from time-to-time. American Airlines complies with all tax laws in the jurisdictions where it operates. |
Wow, talk about bad timing. I just had a few unexpected bills pop up that wiped my furlough fund clean so I had to give my 30 day notice for my place. On the bright side I did find a really nice spot to park the van down by the river.
