Funny that HM sends this letter out, mean while when he was MEC prez, he was the biggest company cheer leader for PBS!!! Mabey he's seen the light cuz PBS is a big mistake for any AE pilot.

Why is that? What other airlines use PBS? If I can recall correctly, Skywest has PBS, and I've heard it works great, especially from a commuters stand point. I may be wrong though.

Yes, Comair is. I personally like it. Jr people have to understand it can only give you what you can hold (days Off). The wording in contract needs to be tight. Theres also a bad side to PBS, Just depends what you prefer. It definitely is more of a benefit to the company in the long run

HM is trying to get back in over the concessions issue. Plenty of yes men still on the MEC to make it happen. A brazen attempt to scare the troops into a recall. Even his long time friend DR isn't buying it. Shameless
