I wouldnt be surprised. Back when regional hiring was cranking in 2007-2008 people that couldnt get hired at other carriers would come to Eagle and finish IOE, then get scooped up by Skywest/RAH once they proved they could make it through the training at Eagle.

Its getting to the point where there just arent enough applicants for Eagle, and they will need to find a new way to attract applicants. Even lowering the mins wont help much now... it should start to get really interesting.

Hmmm not true. My wife and I traveled EVERY MONTH for the first 2 years I was at Eagle. We went to Canada, Mexico, Japan and all around the United States. I moved RSV days around and of course used vacation days. Only slowed down after the second year because she was pregnant. My daughter, wife and I have been on at least 12 flights since my daughter was born...and I was still on reserve. It's all about planning.

I would strongly urge you to get it, you can do it online, google/this forum search will yield some good quick online directions to get it. It came in like 5 days for me.

Must have proof that the FCC License has been ordered, must bring the original or receipt of order to the interview but will need the original to meet the review board and must bring it to the first day of class...
