Any idea of how many of those sent letters actually accepted recall? Is ASA going to have to send out additional letters?

As of last night, 38 accepted, 12 bypassed and 6 have not responded.

Final list shows 16 bypasses. Looks like some more letters will be going out.

Heard some of the furloughs are choosing bypass, because they know they probably will have to go to IAD or be on the 200. Seems kind of presumptuous to me.
