Perhaps, but for me and many of us at Mesaba if we aren't getting our contract at least restored to pre-bankruptcy it's an easy NO vote. I will not be accepting a continuation of a concessionary contract even longer. If the company is understanding and open to that perhaps we can move quick. If they simply want to use this to further extend a concessionary contract, they might get a deal done by November 15..... 2020.
I think the MEC guys understand this also. |

The negotiators are NOT attempting to negotiate with the 4% snap-back in mind. |

From what I understand... the pay negotiations DID start at our December 1, 2010 rates... which include the 4% raise. I'm not sure there'd be much support from the XJ guys on the JNC if it didn't.

Bringing you guys to the table should not only raise the Pinnacle pilots bar, but it should raise the Mesaba pilots bar because now the strength is 140+ aircraft (not sure what you had before). Of course, then there are the Colgan guys :p but I hope they have their no votes ready to show this company that they don't take crap. |

Let's hope our negotiating team keeps their eye on the prize and doesn't get buffaloed into signing off on some P.O.S. just for the sake of having a T.A by the 15th! |

Pinnacle TA1 Wage Rates:
Code:
Appendix “B” |
those TA rates are still mostly less then our snapback rates. It's even $3 less than my current pay right now. Block or better, 4 hour min day, sliding vacation grids, DH pay, min days off, medical, 401K match there is way more to the picture than an extra $2/hour.
A 1.5% increase in 401K match will net us all tens of thousands of dollars more than a uniform match. Don't vote purely on pay. please |
