It took about a week and a half from when I interviewed until I had the job offer and class date. I know some of the other guys in my class didn't hear for about a month.

I thought this was a thread about the stalled contract? It's now turned into interviews and class dates.

Yeah I don't get it. Half of the thread is about how screwed up the place is and how its getting worse and full of turmoil.

The other half of the thread is people trying to get jobs at said company.

Resv at Pinnacle is like H*** on Earth just to mention one of the many things. These people coming here have NO idea what they are in for.
We have FOs that have been on resv for 2 year and getting longer. Anyone who comes to Pinnacle is nuts.

We will also be Pinnacle fat on pilots once we merge with Mesaba (normal staffing at other airlines). Who knows what that will mean for newhires... The F word?????

80+ ADDITIONAL upgrades between now and summer. Good source on that ;-). Just have to unclog the CEC first....

On a serious note- no more thread drift. For hiring start a new thread. An MEC update should be out tonight or tomorrow morning. We were unable to have an MEC call until a couple days after monday due to the schedules with all the reps flying.

Stay on AD till all this gets sorted out. You will rack up retirement points and pay is hopefully better. Good luck over there.:)

That's the best they can do? 80+ upgrades from now until summer? Pathetic! Eagle, in ONE vacancy, had 120 Captain slots. We are so short staffed, it ain't even funny! I can only hope we upgrade well over 80. I think around 150-200 minimum system-wide will help ease the staffing situation.

Reread... Additional. It's a good number of total upgrades.

When is the vacancy coming out? Also, after reading the last email I would be absolutely shocked with all those open items if we get it done in three days. Apprecitate the effort but it looks ominous.
