Don't come work here. What was once a great company with happy pilots has turned into a turd. I feel like I'm back at Mesa when I go to work. Management is screwing us, people hate their jobs, the company's ability to remain in business for long is seriously in doubt. People are leaving in droves... That should tell you all you need to know.

No matter how many times this call and response plays its self out, it makes me chuckle (with a pained look on my face).
"this company sucks, bites, underpays, ect."
"then quit so I can take that job and complain about it a years time"
Does anybody else think that some "pilots" on this forum are actually management plants who are spying, and spinning information?
Seattle pilot, please excuse those who want a little more than to get paid in sunsets, and shiny jets. We all worked extremely hard to become professionals. Your attitude and remarks are an attempt to marginalize a legitimate concern for our industry. Are you a pilot? Do you have family obligations?

You guys will live longer if you think about things not related to work.
Seriously, when I see bitter pilots walking around with a scowl I can't help but shake my head. Think about the over night, think about the hot F/A in the back who has a crush on you, think about what you're going to do when you get back home, think about the new iPad coming out on the 11th, think about the Chicago Bears first season opener, think about drinking an ice cold PBR, think about how much Tool and Tool fans suck, think about things other than work and you'll feel so much better.
Seriously people...
Also, work on your damn uniform and body image.
