Default Delta to terminate ASA Contract?

Performance has been in the gutter and rumor is swirling around that Delta will use it as an excuse to cancel the contract a la Mesa....

We need something a little more substantial to entertain a thread like this. If there's any attributable information, feel free to repost.

Right, and they'll put the CRJ200 on mainline certificate and pay DAL pilots $80+/hr to fly the same routes...

...and we're getting iPad EFBs
...and we're 'adequately staffed'

yawn.

Not to act like I'm sitting here with my head in the stand but.....

Delta sort of needs the feed. Can't really compare ASA to Mesa. Correct me if I'm wrong but Mesa really didn't have much lift for Delta. ASA is the biggest DCI carrier for Delta and I have a feeling they know it. Sure they will cut some flying here and there but I don't thing you will see the two in court any time soon. Sort of a symbiotic but toxic relationship if you know what I mean.
