So their excuse is that is takes a really long time to update a weeks worth of turnover on an excel spreadsheet. How many people could have possibly left... 3 or 4? Highlight... delete. Repeat 3 or 4 times. Done.

And yes, I know it's probably not that simple, especially when you've procrastinated and now have to do work that should have been done days weeks or maybe even months ahead of time like the other two committees.

Hopefully 9E submitted the correct list and this thing is done today. I heard from management that the mistakes in the 9E list were from management, but since they were in favor of the 9E pilots the merger committee submitted the list. This is what caused the dispute. Don't know if it's true or not but it sounds plausible to me.
