Are you really resorting to correcting people's spelling errors on an internet message board? Why? We all know what that person meant.
This is all a distraction from the real question, what is your leadership's excuse this time for not turning the list in? Where are the usual 9E Union people giving us another excuse of why they can't do the job they were enacted to do?

But in general I agree with you about not correcting grammar and spelling, but in this case, when it is a know-it-all mr perfect who uses bad grammar, I fully support FlyJSH's effort. Usually when you resort to correcting someones spelling it means you have lost and have nothing more to contribute to the argument. Not in this case though.

Could the merger committee be waiting for that to close before they submit their new seniority list so that in the event it goes category and class they new jump more Colgan and MSA CAs?
I have also heard that the PNCL merger committee is trying to discredit the Mesaba LGA flying in a last ditch effort to sway even more numbers their way.
Not a whole lot of class, if this is true.

I have been quiet until I could get more information, however, it sounds like PNCL merger committee is putting the halt on this whole process. Would you guys have a vacancy award open or closing soon?

If a vacancy was about to come out, why would it matter? They would have to stall for months for those people to be converted. Once awarded a vacancy, you don't just magically take that new position... I don't know of any carrier that does that.

I don't pretend to keep track of what company people work for on here. I admit, I am biased and when something says something stupid I just assume they work for Pinnacle . . . Just kidding, honestly, I have no problem with the pilots of Pinnacle. However, I don't want any of the current 9E Union leadership representing me and spending my dues money. If you find that hateful, you might be a bit over sensitive. If you find my question, asking the current 9E leadership what their latest excuse is, to be flame well you might just be right - depending on your definition of flame. However how many times do you have to hear their excuses before you start thinking for yourself and voice a vote of no confidence? It looks suspect when you stall on so many different occasions, they bring the speculation and controversy on themselves.

A vacancy won't matter. The SLI will not be effective the day it's issued. If it's anything involving DOH in the award- it doesn't matter, relative- doesn't matter, seats- doesn't matter since it's based on historical and planned crews per plane. There is no attempt at a delay. 1 member of the Cmte was in Mexico (on a trip) that the company wouldn't cover. The rest of the committee was working on making sure "the company's" list is 100% correct AND the discrepancies (such as missing pilots) are addressed. "missing" to include pilots that have a grievance pending for a termination or other situation that removed/removes them from the list. Everyone wants this done but there are issues that must be worked out before sent off. My source still says this should be all done today, albeit late.
Maybe we can have this list prior to the weekend.

All sides can find reasons to point fingers, lay blame, and trash talk due to disagreement. All 3 sides are working for their pilots and trying their hardest. I don't see any side trying to sabotage this. Bloch knows what's up and gets the updates. We all need this "correct" in the end. If that takes until 6/2, so be it. The first list had errors from the company side and disputes from other parties. Now it can all be done and in bloch's hands.
Take a chill pill.
In the end Bloch creates the list. No mud slinging, internet tough guy, or name calling will change that.
