Why would Delta encourage Pinnacle to buy Colgan? If anything they probably discourged it since they like to have all their regionals completly under their thumb. Don't forget, selling Mesaba to pinnacle was to their advantage. They have a cheap contract for many years to come.
The Colgan family had been looking to sell for years and Pinnacle got a nonunion carrier to whipsaw and abuse. The lack of a new contract for the 9E pilots provided the cash flow to finance the Q400 airframes - hence their opinion that their hard work and abuse was spent on the advancement of another pilot group.
You know, the group that voted down a union the first time.

Diluted?? Did he jump into a pool of water and spread really thin????
Or is that some sort of Jersey Shores slang?
The word you were trying to use is
delude
–verb (used with object), -lud·ed, -lud·ing.
to mislead the mind or judgment of; deceive: His conceit deluded him into believing he was important.

This is all a distraction from the real question, what is your leadership's excuse this time for not turning the list in? Where are the usual 9E Union people giving us another excuse of why they can't do the job they were enacted to do?

"Yesterday afternoon we contacted the Pinnacle merger committee and asked for an estimate on when they would be finished completing their updated seniority list, however they did not want to give us a specific time frame on when we could expect a list."

Are you really resorting to correcting people's spelling errors on an internet message board? Why? We all know what that person meant.
