No it wasnt. Why hasn't the XJ SLI committee seen the list yet? They have to have the opportunity to proof it before it goes to the arbitrator. Let's face it the 9E SLI committee hasn't exactly proven that they can be trusted in this whole deal.

I believe it started because the B squad originally turned in a crap list. It's probably a good thing the rest of the SLI guys actually read what was turned in. Because apparently it was wrong.

It was sent to Bloch at 1:07am cdt. I've been told that per previous emails between the groups all comm will be directly with Bloch. Evidently emails are getting around so it was being stopped at the sources. I'm sure XJ and CJC can ask Bloch for the lists. Not my court, but moral of it all is that Bloch has the 9E "certified" list.

It is interesting that 9E is going to isolate themselves from XJ and 9L, communication wise. Worried about the truth getting out, clearly.
You 9E guys are delirious if you truly think your merger committee is free of blame. Something dirty is going on there.

I hope that they asked Bloch before posting directs parts from his email, intended for 3 people, and making it available to 1200+ to read.
Plus from what I have been told, the parts taken were out of context anyways.

I don't understand what you're "calling" anyone on...you say that, "what you state is wrong" but then you say, "9E did jack this up"...you're coming in broken and unreadable...
