They are supposed to start one a week starting in Sept, or 45 new hires a month, at least that was the rumor when we were down in MEM.

since they're all going to the Saab, they're gonna need a LOT more instructors to make that work...

They simply aren't required to award secondaries. They "may" do it. Simply gives them the option. This has been confirmed.

My understanding the 45 was only for the Pinnacle (jet) side of things, but you are right either way they do not have enough ground instructors...
