here ya go.. It was internal this morning... addressed to the pilots so I'll play "show and tell".... especially with it up on the other 2 sites.

I'd like to change my FO bid after a week since the fence will come up Dec.1.

On a personal note, VP manpower is a good guy but I have removed his name for the public. Please excuse formatting...

Dear Pilots,
On October 3rd bidding closed for Realignment Notice 11-09, the extended multi-class bid. As you are aware, this large bid is intended to provide a vehicle for us to effectively manage Pilot staffing needs across our operation as we navigate through the complexities of reduced SF340 flying and integrating operations.
We are disappointed to report that, despite significant efforts to the contrary, the award is not yet completed. Efforts have been underway for some time to enhance the software system used for Position awards so that the award logic incorporates all of the intricacies of the Bloch decision. The developers and our Planning team worked extensively to program and test these enhancements with the goal of using the updated system to award Realignment 11-09. Unfortunately, these software enhancements are not yet in place and much of the award process must be completed manually.
Planning personnel – with the assistance of several ALPA representatives - are working diligently to complete the award as quickly as possible. We recognize the importance of this bid to all of you and continue to work with a sense of urgency to get the results to you. Given the amount of work that remains, it’s possible that the Award will not be published until Friday, but it’s also possible that it will be done sooner, so please continue to monitor the progress by watching for updates.
The Company apologizes for the delay in this award and, while it is difficult to advise you that we still have days of work ahead of us, we feel it is critical that we provide you with a realistic assessment of our current situation. If conditions or the associated time line changes – positively or negatively – we will ensure that we communicate those changes to you.
Warm Regards,

VP manpower planning

Chill out. Who cares? You can enforce the contract to the T but I'm pretty sure you would not want the Company Manuals enforced to the T.

Everyone just wants the award which is reasonable, but trying to force it out of the company will just cause them to cancel it and we will continue to wait even longer (which may be good for some of us who are going to get downgraded).

Maybe the ALPA guys helping the company is a good idea. Hopefully it is finally time for ALPA to work with the company instead of the 9E standard of working against. Can't wait for Suker and most of the 9E reps to be gone by next week.

Its the FAA operational fences when the XJ jets are transfered to our certificate.

Just keeps the XJ pilots separate from the 9E pilots until all the XJ guys are trained.

If that little fact of mine necessitated a "chill out" from you, you must really get your BP up from the other 75% of BS ****ing match on this regional forum....

apparently you have never seen any LOA's from the 9e days that the company worked with the union to get... I have...(read as "working together with and helping the company)
