Of course it was going to happen after the contract was voted on, but I don't think anyone voted to have a contract just to get an SLI.
My guess is those who are whining had no idea that the SLI was essentially tied directly to approval of the TA. And in turn, they probably did not understand how binding arbitration could possible affect them. That's the group I'm amazed by.

Yes, a few more years at 34 seat FO t-prop pay rates. I can finally go buy that house on Easy St

Feel free to swing on by the crashpad, Bartok, we'll throw a cheese sandwich on the hot plate and grab a Natty light for you. While it's not good enough for Keith Stone, it works for us.

Karma is 9E wanting to staple 9L, and 9E getting no fences in return. I'd file it under the Law of Unintended Consequences. Be careful what you wish for...
9E pilots did NOT want a staple for 9L. 3 individual 9E pilots spoke on behalf of the entire 9E group without ANY input from ANY line pilot(s) on the method of SLI that should be proposed. These 3 individuals botched the future of 9E pilots. Please do not blame us regular line pilots, it was the 3 of them. I would have never proposed a staple for Colgan!

Huh? I'm pretty sure every pilot knew u had to have the TA before SLI. I sincerely doubt that people wanted to delay the contract for postponing SLI.
