Plain and simple... if they can't get the list out they should post a notice by close of business. Is that too much to ask? This is already their third self imposed deadline.

The transcripts are available, if you ask the right people. Funny though, the ones you see from one group will differ from another, depending on which meeting the transcript was for. The real meat of the matter are the email exchanges between the three groups and Bloch. Ask a Mesaba pilot (a rep perhaps) about the stunt one of the 9E's merger committee member tried to commit, but it only ended up getting backfired in our face. A portion of that email was posted here, but deleted just moments later. I did get to read it, but do not have a copy of it because it was taken off. But basically, after the XJ group disputed our DOH, one of our merger committee members brought up the fact that we've just found out the Saabs are being further reduced (reduction in turboprop operations) but that this committee will not be entering it on record (as a dispute). If you aren't gonna enter it, then why bring it up?! Surely Bloch would have seen this as a cheap shot. At least the DOH issue kinda makes sense. The calling out the reduction in Saabs but then not doing anything about it? Why? Oh, that, and the proposed stapling of the Colgan pilots under 9E pilots is probably the driving reason behind why 9E is fenced from Saab Captain positions. It IS a punishment for the failures of our negotiations. Bloch probably felt that the Pinnacle group didn't value the Saabs at all, and that our position is the Saabs are disappearing, therefore, the 9E pilots shouldn't touch the Saab positions. There is no other logical reason behind it, no other reason for 9E pilots not being able to hold a Saab Captain position. The final icing on the cake is the fact Bloch has ignored any and all requests from the 9E committee group to seek clarification, and those were sent Aug 15. Bloch is done with us, once and for all, and stuck it to us hard!

To the poster above regarding Colgan Saabs, absolutely 100% true you will see 2010 DOH Colgan pilots hold Saab Captain (seniority numbers 2300-2400+) while 9E guys from 2006 and 2007 (seniority 1500-2000) will not be awarded a single Saab Captain position. These reasons above are why I'm trying 200% to get outta here!

From what I am hearing there will be PCL Q CA's and also Saab CA's if Colgan is over their quota.

Bloch likes to take his time. Aug 15th was only 60 days ago. How late was the original award? Expect to hear something from Bloch around the holidays... thats just how he rolls

Well at this rate the fences won't matter since it apparently takes 5 years to publish a computerized award.

HA, just as they finally get this mess sorted out, the fences drop and they have to start all over. Good to see Pinnacle Inc. had their stuff together going into this merger mess.
