Awesome.
Would the initial have the first round of displacements in it?

And seriously might be?!

Initial would include all the first vacancies. Secondaries only move people around more (both up and down) in preferences. I have no idea what it all contains but I'll work on that in the morning.

So everyone from DTW,MSP, BOS and LGA Saab may not know anything if this is posted tomorrow? If it is only the initial vacancies, unless you mean they re initial vacancies. Sorry for the confusion

Awesome.
Well that would only confuse people even more. Just because they bid the initial vacancies, doesn't mean they would bid the first classes (which is the only logical reason that they would split the award). Holidays are coming, and some of the senior that bid the vacancies may not want to go to class until after Jan. 1st, which contractualy, they should have the option to do. Seems to me, since it's 1 award, it needs to be posted in its entirety. I know waiting sucks, but I think it's more important that it's complete, correct, and contractually compliant.

I agree. Plus a secondary on a vacancy of this size could be problematic. Just look at 11-07 to illustrate that.

Maybe they shouldn't have proposed to staple Colgan. Our guys probably would have done a better job if they would have never even shown up.

Starting to look more and more like the truth. I'd love to see the transcripts, but something tells me they're probably hard to "find."

It may be impossible to do that. I say they just put it out there and let everyone else figure out where they are supposed to be. Our section 24 language is too complex to figure out a correct solution in any reasonable amount of time. Even the computer scientists working on the problem haven't solved it.
